STEAM TURBINE : Back Pressure Turbine Generator System
The Anama's BP Series is a complete single or multistage backpressure
turbine generator set designed to make electricity by reducing
steam pressure. It is used where high pressure steam is available
but low pressure steam can be used for process or space heating.
The BP Series can be used to replace large pressure reducing
valves and thereby convert normally wasted energy potential
into valuable electricity. Most important is Surplus boiler
capacity is not required.
We offer 50kW-5000 kW high efficiency turbine generator set
designed for power production at moderate steam flow rates.
The system is designed to “replace” a steam pressure
reducing valve, converting energy which is normally wasted
in to valuable electricity and can operate with inlet pressure
from 8 kg/cm2G - 63 kg/cm2G and exhaust pressure from 0 kg/cm2G
- 4 kg/cm2G.
CALCULATE YOUR SAVINGS (Savings vary with cost of steam)
To find your savings per year use your yearly
hours of steam consumption at an AVERAGE steam load (1227 kg/hr
for the system of 50 kW, 2409 kg/hr for the system of 100 kW,
or 3636 kg/hr for the system of 150 kW), and your current kWh
cost from your local utility.
