TURBINE : Condensing Turbine Generator System
Condensing turbines are provided with condenser package to condense
the steam at exhaust & give the desired vacuum so that power
generation can be maximized. Anama can design the system as
per you low cost steam or waste steam so that the per unit cost
can be attractive & payback period can be less than one
or two years. The system controls can be designed to automate
the operations, maximize power production & keep maintenance
of the system at its minimum.
The system we are providing is fully automatic startup
with grid paralleling facility. The system improves power
factor and can also operate whenever external power fails.
This system does not impose any power factor constraints.
This system is provided with sophisticated modern electronic
controls to make operations very simple.
System is provided with back-pressure controls, that allow
constant pressure drop across the steam turbine thereby
giving always optimum power output under any steam or load
fluctuations.
System will be provided with all provisions and facilities
to comply with the state Electricity Board.
The system also has facility for operator defined set
point.
Use of Synchronous/Induction generators allows use of
existing plant grid for power distribution and avoids need
for a separate turbine supplied bus.
Turbine is provided with hand valves facility thereby
maintaining turbine efficiency even at part loads.

is a byproduct of your Existing Steam Consumption, Which
means that no dedicated steam is required and power is generated
at virtually free of Cost.
Designed to manage both steam demand and electrical demand
fluctuations.

with electronic governor for reliability.
System has Auto-Start feature which means that under
normal condition the system can start on its own without
